Summary: ClaimsReady is designed with your privacy as a priority. All your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information, photos, videos, or inventory data on external servers.

1. Introduction

Adana Tech ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ClaimsReady mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. ClaimsReady is built on the principle of local-first data storage, meaning your personal inventory data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

ClaimsReady does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following to our servers:

• Personal Information: We do not require account creation, sign-up, or login

• Photos and Videos: All images and videos you capture remain stored locally on your device

• Inventory Data: Your home, room, and item information is stored only on your device

• Documents: Any documents you add (deeds, insurance policies, etc.) stay on your device

• Location Data: We do not access or track your location

• Contact Information: We do not access your contacts

• Usage Analytics: We do not track how you use the app

• Device Identifiers: We do not collect device IDs or advertising identifiers
   

3. Data Storage

All data you create in ClaimsReady is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Home information (names, addresses)

• Room details and organization

• Item inventory (names, descriptions, values, serial numbers)

• Photos and videos of your belongings

• Documents you import into the app

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
 

4. Data Export and Sharing

ClaimsReady provides export features (PDF reports, ZIP archives) that allow you to share your inventory data. When you use these features:

• You have full control over what you export and with whom you share it

• Exported files are generated locally on your device

• We do not have access to exported files or their destinations

• Sharing is facilitated through Apple's standard sharing interface
   

5. iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your ClaimsReady data may be included in your device backup. This backup is:

• Managed entirely by Apple according to their privacy policies

• Encrypted and protected by your Apple ID credentials

• Not accessible to Adana Tech

You can manage iCloud Backup settings in your device's Settings app.
 

6. In-App Purchases

ClaimsReady offers optional in-app purchases (ClaimsReady Pro) through Apple's App Store. Purchase transactions are:

• Processed entirely by Apple

• Subject to Apple's privacy policy

• Not visible to or processed by Adana Tech

We do not receive your payment information. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made to unlock Pro features.
 

7. Third-Party Services

ClaimsReady does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates independently without external service dependencies.
 

8. Children's Privacy

ClaimsReady is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app is designed for adults managing home inventories.
 

9. Camera and Photo Library Access

ClaimsReady requests access to your device's camera and photo library to enable you to:

• Take photos of your belongings

• Record walkthrough videos of rooms

• Import existing photos from your library

This access is used solely for these features. Photos and videos are stored only within the app on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
 

10. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Delete individual items, rooms, or homes at any time within the app

• Uninstalling the app removes all ClaimsReady data from your device

• No data remains on external servers because none was ever transmitted
   

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
 

12. Your Rights

Since all your data remains on your device and we do not collect personal information, you inherently maintain:

• Right to Access: All your data is accessible directly in the app

• Right to Deletion: Delete any data at any time within the app

• Right to Portability: Export your data using PDF or ZIP export features

• Right to Privacy: Your data never leaves your device without your explicit action
