FRIENDSKEEPER PRIVACY POLICY

SUMMARY

FriendsKeeper does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Period.

 

1. DATA COLLECTION

We do not collect any data from you. FriendsKeeper stores all information — including friend profiles, interaction logs, and settings — exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No data ever leaves your device.

 

2. NO ACCOUNTS

FriendsKeeper does not require or offer user accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no authentication of any kind.

 

3. NO CLOUD SERVICES

FriendsKeeper does not use any cloud services, servers, or APIs. The app functions entirely offline. There is no server to be breached because there is no server.

 

4. NO ANALYTICS OR TRACKING

We do not use any analytics frameworks, crash reporting tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. We have no way to know who you are, how you use the app, or what data you store in it.

 

5. NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

FriendsKeeper does not integrate with any third-party services. It does not connect to social media, advertising networks, or data brokers.

 

6. ON-DEVICE AI

FriendsKeeper's AI features use Apple's Foundation Models framework, which runs entirely on your device. No prompts, responses, or personal data are sent to any server — including Apple's servers — for AI processing.

 

7. NOTIFICATIONS

FriendsKeeper uses local push notifications scheduled on your device. These notifications are not routed through any external service. Notification content is generated locally.

 

8. IN-APP PURCHASES

FriendsKeeper offers a one-time in-app purchase ("FriendsKeeper Pro") processed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple handles all transaction processing per their own privacy policy.

 

9. DATA EXPORT

You may export your data as JSON or CSV files at any time from Settings. These files are generated on your device and shared via the iOS share sheet. We never see or access exported files.

 

10. DATA DELETION

To delete all FriendsKeeper data, simply delete the app from your device. Since no data exists anywhere else, deletion is immediate and complete.

 

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

FriendsKeeper does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.

 

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page with the new date. Given that we collect no data, we do not anticipate material changes.
